** Required properties:

- compatible : "nvidia,tegra124-dfll-cdev-action".
- act-dev: node of the device which will implement the real cooling action.
- cdev-floor-type: name of the cooling device for thermal floor.
- cdev-cap-type: name of the cooling device for thermal cap.
